HUMAN RIGHTS POLICY OF UAB KONCERNAS ACHEMOS GRUPĖ

1. Purpose and scope of application

1.1. The purpose of the Human Rights Policy of UAB Koncernas ACHEMOS GRUPĖ (hereinafter

– Koncernas) is to define the main principles applied in UAB Koncernas ACHEMOS GRUPĖ and

in the subsidiaries managed by it (hereinafter – the Companies) in order to ensure that in all areas of

labour relations and relations with stakeholders human rights are respected, and that the principles

of equal opportunities and non-discrimination are observed.

1.2. This Environmental Policy applies to Koncernas and all the Companies it owns.

1.3. All employees of the Koncernas and the Companies, as well as contractors, suppliers, clients

and other business partners, as appropriate, shall be made aware of this policy and shall be obliged

to comply with it.

1.4. Koncernas and the Companies are committed to respecting and protecting human rights in all

their activities. Human rights are fundamental principles that protect human dignity, freedom and

mutual respect. These principles are also inherent to the green transformation, without which it

could not proceed smoothly and fairly.

2. General provisions

2.1. Koncernas and its Companies recognise and undertake to fulfil international commitments that

ensure the social sustainability of their activities:

2.1.1. Universal Declaration of Human Rights;

2.1.2. International Labour Organisation Convention on Core Labour Standards;

2.1.3. United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights;

2.1.4. Children’s Rights and Business Principles;

2.1.5. Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development guidelines for Multinational

Enterprises;

2.1.6. Other International Labour Organisation Conventions on equal pay, abolition of forced and

child labour, elimination of discrimination in respect of employment and occupation, the right

to form trade unions and collective bargaining, etc.

2.2. In addition to the above commitments, Koncernas and its Companies shall at all times comply

with all national legal requirements regarding the protection of human rights and equal

opportunities. The Group and its Companies do not tolerate discrimination, psychological or

physical violence, sexual and other forms of harassment, forced or child labour in their activities.

The Group and its Companies support the right of employees to form trade unions and to implement

the principles of collective bargaining.

2.3. The implementation of these commitments aims to identify and prevent any potential negative

impacts on human rights, both in direct operations and in the supply chain. New development

projects are preceded by a proportionate human rights impact assessment, as appropriate. Whererisks are identified, mitigation action plans are developed, implemented, monitored and

communicated to stakeholders. Selected suppliers and operational partners may be obliged to

implement additional measures in line with the identified human rights risks.

2.4. Candidates shall be subject to the same selection criteria and conditions for admission to

employment with Koncernas and its Companies, except where the nature of the type of professional

activity in question or the conditions under which it is carried out make a particular characteristic of

a person an essential and decisive professional requirement, and where this objective is legitimate

and the requirement is proportionate. Employees shall be provided with equal working conditions

(taking into account the specific nature of the work they perform), opportunities for further training,

professional development and practical work experience.

2.5. Koncernas and its Companies aim to provide regular training and educational initiatives to its

employees based on tailored content on human rights. The aim is to ensure that employees

understand the human rights obligations of Koncernas and its Companies and how human rights

issues can positively or negatively affect the operations of Koncernas and its Companies.

2.6. Information is shared with other stakeholders – suppliers, contractors, clients and communities –

as appropriate to explain the human rights commitments and expectations of Koncernas and its

Companies.

3. Implementation, oversight and control

3.1. The implementation of this policy is the responsibility of the management of Koncernas and

the Companies, as well as the human resources managers or other staff delegated in this field.

3.2. Any potential or actual violation of the provisions of this Human Rights Policy can be reported

via the Trust Line of Koncernas: https://www.achemosgrupe.lt/pasitikejimo–linija/. Anonymous and

non-anonymous reports can be made through this channel by employees, business partners, clients,

suppliers, their employees, community representatives and other interested parties.

3.3. Koncernas periodically reviews its Human Rights Policy, follows its provisions and sets

specific goals and targets for the protection of human rights and equal opportunities for the

Companies.
